The Sunday Post (5 February)

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly of Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

So, I've had a pretty productive week, especially at work. I had to write two separate sets of minutes this week and I actually managed it. The Vice-Principal even said the minute I wrote for him was excellent. I was on cloud nine all day after that!

After last week's little book unhaul, I finally found the time to take them to the charity shop along with a whole heap of CDs and DVDs. Funnily enough, my bookcases still look as full as they were before. Typical really. But, I'm glad I finally did it.

Then, on Saturday night, I went on a night out for a friends birthday. It was a really great night, despite the shots! And it also meant I could have a little catch up wth one of my "cousins". Plus, I didn't feel too bad this morning which was definitely a bonus.

Currently Watching

I have spent the last month watching ITV's current money saving show Save Money Good Health. The first show was all about diets, then there was a show all about making the most of your money when buying painkillers etc and the most recent one was about the best value vitamins and cough/cold medicines. It is definitely worth a watch.

I also gave The Duff a watch over the weekend. It was okay, but I definitely prefer the book.

Feature and Follow (29 May)

The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of  Parajunkee’s View  and Alison of  Alison Can Read . Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to show off more new blogs! I'm one of the featured blogs this week! Along with Amanda of  The Darling Bookworm . This week’s Question: How many books have you got on your TBR list? I recently had a bit of a cull of my TBR list so now it is sitting at 269. I'm trying my hardest to get it below 200 by the end of the year but I really don't see it happening. I'd currently be happy if I managed to get it below 225. However, I did recently have a look through my TBR on Goodreads and deleted a few books that I don't think I will actually ever read - I'm not even to sure how they got there anyway.
